Return Policy

At Blanco Pardon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at apparel@blancopardon.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at apparel@blancopardon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
