Shipping Information

At Blanco Pardon, we ship from Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Rates

Switzerland:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): CHF 7.90
Free shipping on orders over CHF 150

Europe (EU/EEA):

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): CHF 14.90
Free shipping on orders over CHF 200

Rest of World:

International Shipping (7–14 business days): CHF 24.90
Free shipping on orders over CHF 250

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET may be processed the following business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside of Switzerland, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at apparel@blancopardon.com and we will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier.

P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
