BLANCO PARDON General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed in the BLANCO PARDON online shop (www.blancopardon.com) as well as to all business relationships to which these GTC are expressly declared applicable.

Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders and deliveries processed via www.blancopardon.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. This offer is aimed at consumers residing in Switzerland and the EU. BLANCO PARDON reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order shall prevail.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately by email. Orders in quantities exceeding normal household quantities may be rejected without explanation.

Delivery

Delivery is via post or courier service. Delivery times are: • Within Switzerland: 3–7 business days • Within the EU: 7–14 business days

We currently only ship to Switzerland and the European Union (EU). No customs duties or additional fees apply. Please ensure your address information is correct and complete. Returns due to incorrect address information will be charged to you.

Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices on www.blancopardon.com are: • in Swiss francs (CHF) for orders from Switzerland • in euros (EUR) for orders from Germany and Austria

The legally required VAT is included in the prices. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. Prices are subject to change.

Payment Terms & Retention of Title

The customer has access to the payment options specified during the ordering process, in particular Shopify Payments, PayPal, and TWINT. The goods remain the property of BLANCO PARDON until full payment is received.

A right of set-off or retention only exists for claims that have been legally established or recognized by us. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts, as well as to charge processing fees and initiate debt collection proceedings.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return ordered items within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued in the form of an exchange or a BLANCO PARDON voucher. The return must be in perfect hygienic condition. Otherwise, the right to return is void. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the return policy.

After your purchase, you can receive an automated email for product reviews. BLANCO PARDON may reuse reviews for marketing purposes.

Vouchers & Discount Codes

Personalized vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by authorized persons. Only one discount code can be used per order. Unauthorized redemptions will be canceled.

Warranty

BLANCO PARDON strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. We assume liability for defects reported in a timely manner during the statutory warranty period. It is at our discretion whether compensation will be provided through replacement, repair, or reimbursement in the form of a voucher. Further warranty claims are excluded.

BLANCO PARDON is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless they were caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The use of our products is at your own risk.
